These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the ck365 website located at https://ck365.cam ("Platform", "Site", "ck365", "we", "us", "our"). ck365 is an online sports betting and casino information platform serving Pakistani users and other eligible users worldwide.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ck365. By accessing, browsing or using any part of the ck365 Platform — whether as a registered user or a visitor — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Your use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform and continues for as long as your account remains active or you continue to use the Site in any capacity.

Where you access the Platform on behalf of another individual or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" refer collectively to that individual or entity.

ck365 reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of updated Terms at any time, particularly following material changes to this Agreement.

To register and maintain an account on ck365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license conditions, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where participation in such activities would constitute a violation of applicable law.
• You must register only one personal account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee of ck365, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform for any reason.

To access the full functionality of ck365, you are required to create a personal account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you. You must notify ck365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

ck365 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that information provided during registration is false, incomplete, misleading or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

• One account per individual, household or IP address is permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing by ck365.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any third party.
• ck365 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You agree to use the ck365 Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not use the Platform:

• In any manner that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• To transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam.
• To introduce viruses, Trojans, worms, malware or other harmful or disruptive code.
• To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, server, or database connected to the Platform.
• To use automated tools, bots or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.
• To engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage or fraudulent betting activity.
• To misrepresent your identity, age or any other personal information.

ck365 may monitor user activity on the Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the ck365 Platform are processed in accordance with the operator's cashier policies as displayed in your account at the time of the transaction. The following general conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are set out in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ck365 may reference payment methods commonly used in Pakistan — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as illustrative examples only. These references do not imply endorsement, partnership or guaranteed availability of these methods. Actual payment method availability must be confirmed within your account cashier.
• Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification (see Section 9).
• ck365 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations depend on the operator's internal review process and the selected payment method.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if bonus wagering conditions have not been met, KYC documentation is incomplete, or the account is subject to a security review.
• All PKR amounts displayed on the Platform are illustrative. Actual deposit limits and amounts will be confirmed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

ck365 may offer bonuses, promotions and other incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer and must be read carefully before acceptance.

• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering thresholds vary by promotion.
• Maximum bet limits apply during active bonus periods. Exceeding the maximum bet during a bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates vary by game type. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements.
• Bonus expiry periods apply. Bonuses and associated winnings that are not used within the specified validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• ck365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, traded or sold.
• Where a user is found to have abused promotional terms — including by creating multiple accounts or using bonuses in ways inconsistent with fair play — ck365 reserves the right to void bonus amounts and any winnings derived therefrom.

Illustrative bonus figures used on the Platform (e.g., PKR 1,000 minimum deposit, PKR 25,000 welcome bonus) are examples only. Actual bonus amounts and qualifying deposit thresholds are specified in individual promotion pages at the time of the offer.

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling requirements, ck365 may require users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is typically triggered before a withdrawal is processed, when a specific deposit or wagering threshold is reached, or where the Platform deems verification necessary for security or compliance reasons.

For Pakistani users, typical verification documents may include:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.
• A valid Pakistani passport, where applicable.
• Proof of address documentation, where required by the operator.
• A selfie or liveness check as directed by the verification system.

All KYC documents must be submitted through the operator's official, secure HTTPS verification portal only. Users must never send sensitive identity documents via email, unsecured messaging applications or any unofficial channel.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination and forfeiture of account balances, without prejudice to any other remedies available to ck365:

• Registering more than one personal account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under the minimum eligible age.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise extract source code from the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, bonus abuse or any form of fraudulent wagering.
• Using VPN, proxy or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Employing any automated wagering system, betting bot, scraping tool or other software that accesses the Platform other than through its intended interface.
• Attempting to manipulate market outcomes, odds or game results through any means.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering activities through deposit and withdrawal transactions.

All content on the ck365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the Site — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck365 or its content licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any part of the Platform's content without express written permission from ck365.
• Use the ck365 brand name, logo or trademarks without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital medium.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's content.

Any unauthorised use of ck365 content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck365, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any content, information or material published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, platform downtime or unauthorised access to your account.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activities conducted through or referred to by the Platform.

ck365 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

ck365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling should be treated solely as a form of entertainment. It must never be viewed as a source of income, a financial strategy or a mechanism for recovering previous losses.

Users are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gambling tools available within their account, which may include deposit limits, loss limits, time limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. The availability of specific tools depends on operator configuration.

• Access to the Platform is restricted to adults aged 18 years and over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction.
• Being of legal adult age does not make online gambling lawful in Pakistan. Users must independently verify the legal status of online gambling in their jurisdiction.
• If you believe you may have a gambling problem, contact our support team to discuss self-exclusion options or seek guidance from appropriate professional resources in your area.
• ck365 supports a no-chasing-losses approach. If you find yourself increasing stakes to recover previous losses, stop immediately and take a break.

ck365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any breach or suspected breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise unlawful activity associated with the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Inactivity for an extended period as defined by the operator's account policy.

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the operator's terms. ck365 is not obligated to release funds where the account closure was caused by a breach of these Terms on the part of the user.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting ck365 support. If you are requesting closure for responsible gambling reasons, please inform support so that appropriate measures — such as self-exclusion — can be applied.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ck365 is licensed or incorporated, as applicable.

For users in Pakistan, we reiterate that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and associated provincial legislation. ck365 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the jurisdiction governing this Agreement.

ck365 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ck365 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a user's failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.
